The National Association of Family Services Legal Plan (“NAFS”) has a 14-day cancellation policy on all membership fees. Beneficial Legal will honor this policy as long as no services have been provided during the 14 day period. 

 

To cancel your membership, you must submit your written cancellation request directly to the NAFS legal plan.
